How to Minister For Jesus Door to Door:

1)   Get good tracts, such as, Steps to Peace with God by Billy Graham and The Four Spiritual Laws by Bill Bright, and stamp them with your church name and info.  (American Tract Society is a source.)

2)  Always go under a prayer covering of your church and in the appearance of working for your church.

3)  Never go alone.  Observe good safety precautions.

4)  When the honeowner answers the door, say, "Hi.  We're from so-and-so church, and hold up the tract stamped with the church name facing them.  This identifies you as Christians and not cultists.

5)  Steer the conversation to the individual's personal relationship with God.  You're there to get them saved - not to build up your church or your denomination.  This is for Jesus!

6)  Whatever they say, try your best to get those tracts into their hands.  Most of our work in soulwinning is planting seeds or watering seeds.

7)  Go for the gold!  Ask them, "Would you pray with me now a short prayer just to ask Jesus to come into your heart?"

8)  Always be kind, nice, and courteous.

9)  If you encounter someone who wants to argue, give him the tracts, and leave.  The enemy is trying to waste your time.

10)  This is not the time to correct their sins.  Catch the fish first, then clean the fish. 

11)  Pass out tracts with a smile, if you can't go door to door. 

Jesus said to "Go into ALL the world (including America) and preach the gospel to EVERY creature."  We can win the souls living right beside us in our own towns.  We need missionaries to America. 

Our country is one of the biggest and most important mission fields in the entire world. 

And our nation's future depends on God-obeying Christians becoming "witnesses unto Him."
